The first step to creating change is observing your current patterns. In this practice you will be observing how many breaths you are taking in one minute. This is just a reference point. In this short meditation we will explore taking smaller breaths. Based on the research of the Buteyko breathing method. When you are able to reduce your breathing volume per minute you will will increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, tissues, organs, and relax the mind and body. Enjoy!


In this short meditation you will lengthen the exhale with a simple hum. Enjoy a quick relaxation technique to decrease the heart rate and relax the mind, naturally stimulated the vagus nerve (see The Polyvagal Theory for more information)
