Build a strong foundation for strength in mind and body
The videos below are the foundation of the Primal coding practice. To successfully enjoy the many movement practices from strength training to yoga, you must have a solid foundation of core strength (breath) and awareness of the spine. Primal Coding focuses on teaching the ABC's of breath and spine patterns EVERYONE should know and understand so that we may write a story about our movement and breath.

One of the first steps in re-setting your breath is re-aligning your exhale with its true purpose, engaging the core. Learn how to fully exhale so the inhale can take care of itself.
In this video you will learn how to carve out the corners of your breath, taking time in each corner, releasing tension and creating awareness of your current breathing patterns.
In this video you will practice expanding and creating mobility of the ribs. Remember that the only way to improve is with practice and patience. The calmer you are when performing each breathing exercise the better.
It is encouraged to practice for longer periods as you become accustomed to the practice. Start with 3-5 minutes a day, work up to 5-10 minutes. Once the pattern of breath becomes comfortable you will not need the strap and can practice this breathing pattern anytime, anywhere.
Daily Practice: Mobility of the Ribs
In this video, I will break down the different volumes and capacities of the breath. When you can understand the different spaces that can be explored then you can enter into any breath practice with a little more awareness.
