Strength, Mobility, and Breath Coach
Kristina has her Master's Degree in Kinesiology with a background as an exercise physiologist. She uses her deep knowledge of the principles of movement to teach others how to fine-tune their attention to their mind and body.
Through strength training with barbells to sandbags and mobility training with breath and awareness, Kristina helps others relieve chronic pain and tension, and improve their mental state in order to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Kristina wants her clients to have fun exploring their current patterns and teach them to create new ones. Through individualized strength programs and daily practices, you will begin to build a resilient body and mind.
Kristina enjoys working with those who want to learn to train smart, create daily habits, and have fun while they create a stronger, more resilient self.
When she is not training others she is rock climbing, slacklining, surfing, dancing, lifting, and enjoying nature and quality time with family and friends.
