Breath IQ Test

 

All journeys of change begin by noticing your current patterns and capacities. From the breath and thought to movement and all the habits in between, each of our actions has been an adaptation of our environments. Inside and out. Respect your current patterns. Respect what you see and how it may feel. This is the story written in your body. 

When you are learning the language of the breath there are starting points that can help guide you along the way. These are tests, or reference points so that you can track your progress. 

Remember, the exercise doesn’t change, you do.  There are no right or wrong answers.  Each exercise will unravel more sensation, more awareness, and more of you.

After each practice, you will have Reflection Questions. These questions are important for fine-tuning your attention. It is not only about the pattern you practice, but also how it is experienced. Asking the right questions will unlock deeper levels of awareness.

At the end of each practice, you will also be given a few ways that it can be applied to your everyday life. Know that there may be many other applications other than those that I have suggested. 

Remember breathwork is so much more than a pattern, it is a reflection of who you are.
