Weekly Classes

Join Kristina every Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:30 am PST

Each class is an exploration of different aspects of the breath. From the soft subtle patterns of the diaphragm to patterns for stress relief and deeper awareness. Each class is designed to be fun and give you space to notice your current patterns, helping you to create a mental map of the body and how it moves and breathes.

If you can't make it to the live class  you will receive a link the same day so that you can practice anytime, anywhere!
